3. Standard Delivery Times Delivery times for services and data products will be determined based on the specifics of each contract. Indigo commits to meeting all agreed-upon deadlines, as specified in the contract, and will communicate proactively with clients about any potential delays or necessary adjustments to the timeline.
4. Cancellation Policy
Standard Notice: Unless otherwise specified in the contract, clients may cancel their service agreement or data product orders by providing a minimum of 30 days' written notice.
Contract-Specific Terms: All cancellation terms, including any potential penalties or obligations, will be governed by the terms specified in the individual contract.
